Presented in a minimalist and elegant bottle, similar to those of whisky, bourbon, and rum, St-Rémy Signature is the first original creation by Cécile Roudaut, Master Blender at St-Rémy: ‘While respecting the traditions of French brandy production, I added a maturation step in new small oak barrels, which gives it its distinctive character.
