A NEW BENCHMARK BRAND IN FOOD SERVICE!

In 2020, the 20th edition of Sirha marked a moment for reflection and the realization of a stronger commitment to its forward-looking role. Together, we initiated a transformation process to unify all the group’s food brands under a single umbrella—Sirha Food. This strategic move aimed to bring together their audiences, consisting of hundreds of thousands of professionals, enabling them to connect and stay informed year-round.

GL Events entrusted us with nearly a year of collaboration to position this new corporate, service, and media brand—Sirha Food—and define its entire framework of expression.

POSITION AND STRUCTURE THE ENTIRE ECOSYSTEM!

Each brand within the ecosystem has its own history, audience, and industry legitimacy. They also embody distinct cultures. The first challenge of this comprehensive project was to define the role of each structure and brand within this new unified entity. What is its place? What is its message? What is its purpose? Who is its audience? And how will each brand—and the people behind them—evolve?

Through various workshops, we developed a new brand platform for Sirha Food while also providing in-depth strategic insights for each entity.

A NEW LEADING MEDIA IN FOOD SERVICE!

At the heart of this project was the realization that a necessary and possible convergence existed among the group’s food brands. But more importantly, there was a deep conviction that the traditional trade show format needed to be reimagined—made phygital.

Today, a trade show is more than just an exhibition; it’s an immersive experience combining networking, conferences, and industry foresight. It serves as a true snapshot of the market and its key players. Given its extensive event coverage across the entire food service spectrum, Sirha Food had the legitimacy, history, and professional ecosystem to become a new industry-leading media.

From categorization, editorial strategy, and tone of voice to UX/UI design and digital production, we worked alongside GL Events to create, implement, and animate this new media platform.

Exhibition scenography

We designed and structured all the exhibition spaces in collaboration with the GL Events construction teams. This included creating welcoming spaces, reception areas, booth formats, and signage throughout the venue...

EXHIBITION CREATION

Nearly a year of work was required to create a 300 m² exhibition focused on the history of chefs and gastronomy. This included scenography, design, execution, production oversight, and assembly.
