We have been supporting the teams at the Paris Tourist Office for several years. They reached out to us to completely rethink their online presence, particularly their website, which serves as the primary showcase for the destination.

Several months of work were required with all stakeholders to meet the expectations of both the office itself and their socio-professional teams.

The primary point of access for discovering the future visit of national and international users, the system is equipped with enriched experiential content, highlighting all the actors of the city, from the residents to the professionals who make it what it is.

A completely new browsing experience

Channeling content formats, facilitating access to information, and anticipating the needs of our users in a complex and content-heavy environment were the driving forces behind the entire collaborative design process with the teams at the Paris Tourist Office (OTCP).
In a single unified environment, users can navigate between an experiential space designed to entice and a commercial space where they can book various activities in the city, accommodations, restaurants, and more.
