How to change the perception of industrial jobs?
Industry has a bright future ahead!
Industry, often misunderstood and poorly perceived, is nevertheless a sector focused on creating future(s). It is a dynamic field in search of profiles, notably 80,000 apprentices in 2021. With 32 sectors, a multitude of challenges, territories, stories, and messages to support, it still struggles to inspire young people, their parents, and their teachers. How can it stand out and establish itself as a top choice for future talents across all industries and professions?
A brand, 32 professional sectors.
We listened to everything our audience, 15-23-year-olds, had to say about the industry. We conducted workshops and analyses with all the representatives from the 32 sectors. These two projects allowed us to develop a strategic approach: to make the industry stand out, we needed to rethink the preconceived ideas surrounding it and turn them into strengths and evidence. We aimed to propose a forward-thinking, unconventional vision, challenging the norms of the sector, and to give it a mission that feels almost self-evident: yes, the industry is inventing the world of tomorrow.

... with the creation of a website that is both representative of this new dynamic in the sector, integrating a new approach to professions, job offers, and serving as a true portal for the entire digital ecosystem of the 32 sectors.

Embody and spread this new vision of industry
We worked on its deployment at the national level, with a more emotional approach to connect with all audiences and create a break from traditional institutional communications. We envisioned a long-term campaign to provide direct visibility and transformation, supported by a strong media strategy around key moments in students' career guidance, and a continuous presence throughout the school year. We also adapted the brand territory with each sector, tailoring communication tools to address local challenges and sectors in demand.
