M, THE BRAND FOR ALL MOBILITIES IN THE GRENOBLE REGION.

Since 2015, the Grenoble metropolitan area has been exploring the possibility of developing a seamless mobility service. However, with transport network managers, metropolitan services, and private stakeholders, it was complex to bring everyone together to serve the users. We implemented a participatory approach with each party in order to rethink not only the entire digital service ecosystem but also, and most importantly, the brand that would become the spokesperson for all mobilities. The unique entry point for all offerings across the extended Grenoble region: M.

CREATE AN IDENTITY, ITS CODES, AND ITS USAGES.

Position, orient, define the tone, and especially its usage rules, so that each communication service from the various mobility stakeholders follows the same codes and does not undermine the goal of establishing the brand sustainably.
