Marketing at the Heart of the Mountains

Les 3 Vallées is simultaneously an association, an organization, a territorial reality, and a ski domain. Traditionally, it has been presented to the world as a ski area that brings together multiple resorts under one umbrella. However, in-depth research, insight analysis, and social listening reveal that customers and prospects perceive the 3 Vallées as a complete destination—a unified experience offering accommodations, ski passes, activities, and more.

Given this perception, how can we redefine the customer journey and structure the offerings to deliver a seamless experience? The goal is to establish "Les 3 Vallées" as the ultimate gateway to the region, ensuring a cohesive and immersive experience for every visitor.

From a Ski Area to a True Destination

To redefine the brand’s role and positioning, we led multiple initiatives: insights and e-reputation analysis, interviews, and workshops with key economic and tourism stakeholders. Our goal was to clarify the brand’s purpose for all involved before moving into creative and operational phases.

Two fundamental questions guided our approach:
1. What role and value does the Les 3 Vallées brand bring in relation to the territory and its individual resort brands?
2. How can we evolve it from a ski domain into a true destination, with its own services and tools?

Brand content and SEO

The 3 Vallées magazine is an effective tool in the client's content marketing strategy. We regularly provide graphic and ergonomic enhancements.

User journey and usage of the mobile app.

The 3 Vallées mobile app needed to evolve towards a clearer interface and smoother navigation. Keeping technical constraints in mind, we carried out a redesign. We rethought the information access system, updated the graphic identity, implemented user onboarding tutorials, and provided space for advertisements and sponsorships...

Event digital strategies

We support Les 3 Vallées through their various key communication events. For example, the ENDURO, a key moment in the life of the destination. In 2020, the Enduro features a brand new website. The registration phases and the display of results are more visible. The Hula Hoop branding takes a prominent place, and the concept explanations are more concise and clear.
