The Bernard Group, the leading distributor of industrial vehicles and the second-largest automotive distributor in France, is a major player in the automotive and industrial vehicle distribution industry in France. In a few figures, the Bernard Group has 95 points of sale, 2,500 employees, 11 automotive brands and 3 industrial vehicle brands, with a turnover of 1.4 billion euros... The Bernard Group approached us to completely rethink its communication strategy. The goal was to get ahead during a time of transformation in consumer purchasing behavior. Here's what we did:
