Hula-Hoop was commissioned by the Saint-Gobain group to develop a communication and deployment strategy for its brand Décocéram. Responsible for the overall strategy and activation methods, we first reimagined the global communication concept, brand platform, and editorial guidelines.
This led to Carrément moi!—a concept that emphasizes the personalization of both the offer and service while adapting to all content formats and operational marketing initiatives: media buying, social media & community management, print, operational marketing, and more.

Catalog production
A true brand of interior design inspiration, we created a collection process through the brand’s four annual catalogs, designed in a magazine-style format. We defined an editorial charter and now oversee the daily writing, shooting, and digital execution of the various catalogs.

Deploying Multi-Local Media Campaigns
With the dual objective of brand awareness and acquisition—leveraging press, segmented TV, social ads, acquisition, and relationship strategies—we designed and managed the brand’s various performance channels through a multi-local media strategy. This approach is based on identifying each store’s catchment area and analyzing socio-demographic data.

With the goal of raising the Décocéram brand's visibility on social media, generating closeness and added value, we developed a content strategy through a dedicated digital magazine. Digital production, editorial board, content curation, writing, integration, and media promotion— we were responsible for the entire management of this magazine's content.
Social Media Strategy
In collaboration with the Décocéram teams, we developed a multi-local social media strategy, the editorial guidelines, designed community response strategies, and produced regular content to ensure visibility across various platforms for the Décocéram brand. On the agenda: Facebook, Instagram, Houzz, Pinterest.
