In April 2020, the sudden closure of stores prompted us to create an engaging and service-oriented format for the community. We set up weekly Facebook live sessions with micro-influencers covering DIY topics (Seb Bricole) and gardening (Tom le jardinier):

In October 2021, we took it a step further by organizing Bricomarché's first live shopping event, featuring a Bricomarché product manager and Mister Walt, a well-known influencer in the DIY world.
