It's not up to you to change!
This is a real societal issue: aging. Its scheduled 'boom' and the home care system in France, which presents significant social and societal challenges. In this context, one pioneering structure stands out in terms of expertise and experience: ADHAP. Supported by a network of franchisees across the territories, sharing demanding values and methods, the structure faces many challenges including profession (service quality), recruitment, and the emergence of new players.
